Morning: make the kids ready for daycare (including to assist with putting indoor and outdoor clothes on, brushing teeth, changing diaper, eating breakfast) and bring the kids to daycare (short walk, 300 m). Afternoon/evening: pick up the kids from daycare, play with the kids, make the kids ready to go to bed (including to assist with dinner, putting PJs on, brushing teeth, changing diaper, prepare evening snack, occasionally read and put them to bed).On occasion (such as kids being sick/daycare closed): take care of the kids during daytime (including the above, but also play with the kids, prepare and assist with lunch). Occasionally, stay at home in the evening while the kids are sleeping if we have dinner plans.In general: be present with the kids (we are very restrictive with TV time) and keep the kids' room tidy.
