Please list the child care duties:
From our side, this is very flexible depending on how we / the au pair and the kids work together. We love to be with our kids so the idea is not for you to come in and be a full time babysitter/caretaker. We want you to become a part of our family and we want to find the combination of hanging out with our kids and helping out in our home that fits you and us the best. That said, we want you and the kids to feel comfortable with you dropping them off and picking them up from daycare, and spending time with them in the evenings on the occasional late work night. In addition to that, we may also want you to babysit evenings when they are asleep but this would be less often occurring.

We want you to help us to keep the house clean and tidy in the everyday life. We want you to be comfortable with cooking food for the kids so we can spend time with them while you prepare their meal, but we also want it to work the other way around where you spend time with the kids and we get to prepare food for them. Again, we want your help to make our family life work smoother and better, not in any way to distance us from our kids.
